Valuations are estimates

RigVerse values are estimates based on available market information. They are not appraisals and are not a guarantee of sale price. Actual prices vary with condition, demand, location, shipping, seller reputation and timing. Do not rely on a RigVerse estimate as the sole basis for buying, selling or insuring an instrument.

AI assistance

RigVerse can suggest what a piece of gear is, how to connect it, and how to approach a sound. These are suggestions, not facts:

The marketplace

RigVerse lets musicians list gear for sale, trade or giveaway. Transactions are between users. We are not a party to them, we do not take payment, and we do not guarantee any listing, seller or buyer.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post. You grant us the licence needed to display it inside the app to the people you have chosen to share it with.

Do not post content that:

Report anything that breaks these rules from within the app. We may remove content and suspend accounts that do.

Copyright complaints

If you believe something on RigVerse infringes your copyright, email copyright@rigverse.app with the work concerned, where it appears, and your contact details.

Availability

RigVerse is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may change. We will give notice in the app before removing something you depend on.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RigVerse is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for transactions between users, or for decisions made on the basis of estimated valuations or AI suggestions.

Changes

We will announce material changes in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use RigVerse after that means accepting the new terms.
